I rarely come across a real educator who has exceptional subject expertise as well as a very positive attitude towards helping everyone at work. Lately, I had the pleasure of working with Greg for a few weeks on several topics of SAP PM at New Gold. He is not only a great educator but also an inspiring person to work with. Greg's teaching ability was unlike any I've seen before. As an educator, I highly recommend Greg and look forward to getting more knowledge from him.

Greg hit the ground running. He caught on to the company’s specific SAP implementation program in a very short period of time, since every company will be different. He worked as an SAP PM Coach, doing rounds around most of the Carlin site visiting and assisting foreman, planners, managers, trades, security and operations personnel. He was also tasked to prepare new course curriculums and course materials and deliver the training in our training lab. He took initiative in sourcing and making available the Newmont specific course materials and job aids and identifying errors and omissions. He documented issues and solutions to share with other team members and sites. Even after all the time that went by learning everything we could from Greg, there will never be enough time to gain the knowledge this gentleman possesses. He will be missed. I would highly recommend Greg to assist any company to help them and their employees for any and all SAP implementation and training

Greg Olynyk was the lead on various projects at Newmont, at three sites. Master data cleansing, Tech and Planner coaching and course prep and delivery and mass loading from Excel, Access, and LSMW loading. His knowledge of SAP PM is very deep as well as other external applications that we use at Newmont. He is great to work with and possesses excellent teaching skills as well as a good sense of humor.

Greg has a variety of skills to offer potential employers and clients. He is enthusiastic, very personable, and enjoys meeting people in both individual and group situations to promote the use of computers and business process in a company environment. He is very adept at providing documentation and training media to pass along required skills to both novice and advanced users alike. Greg enjoys adopting new technology and using it in new and insightful ways, and is very good at evaluating new systems, testing, documenting and aiding in the deployment and training required to ensure success with each project.

I worked with Greg for about a year on the SAP Blueprint project at Shell Canada as part of the PM Solution Team. As the PM lead of the training phase, I had a chance to work with Greg designing training material as well as delivering training. I would highly recommend Greg as a very dynamic and knowledgeable SAP PM Trainer. Greg also did a wonderful job during our support phase delivering support, tips & advice to the end users on how to best use their SAP Solution.
